4.Work with the Customer Support organization to understand customer issues, replicate the customer issues and resolve them
Requirements/ Qualifications:
1.Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering;
2.3+ years experience in software development. It is better to be Java based telecom software;
3.Familiar with software development process and tools such as Clear Case and Clear Quest;
4.Advanced understanding in Linux and Java;
5.Advanced understanding in Java based distributed computing and J2EE technologies;
6.Experience with High Availability Applications;
7.Scripting languages such as Perl, Expect, Tcl/Tk;
8.Familiar with Oracle database.

7.Computer networking and data communication technologies such as TCP/IP (DHCP, SNMP, TFTP and DNS);
8.Scripting languages such as Perl, Expect, Tcl/Tk;
9.Database, such as Oracle, SQL and LDAP;
10. Fluent speaking and written English would be strong plus.
