l Job Skillset:

Ø Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science/Computer Engineering preferred.

Ø 3yrs+ project experience of software development.

Ø Strong skills on Database, JAVA and J2EE development.

Ø Strong skills on Spring, Struts and Hibernate.

Ø Strong background on Websphere Application Server including administration/ deployment/development/testing.

Ø Familiar with SQL Server.

Ø Good skills on Web Services, XML and Design pattern.

l Personal Characteristics:

Ø Professional, friendly and courteous in all interactions, whether with co-workers or clients

Ø Remain calm even under pressure and perform well in a busy environment

Ø Demonstrate an overall business approach that is both customer and results-oriented

Ø Team player and adaptable to a changing environment

Ø Good written & Oral English is preferred
